I removed clocks from my home a few years ago(other than coffee pot and microwave). I cringe when I see clocks placed prominently in homes now. There is such a freedom in living in the present, oblivious to the constant call of time, which, of course, we can never really escape from. I have found a slower, more detailed investment focused on quality leads to easier implementation of the work and longer term success.

Thanks for sharing your experiences and perspectives! I love the "slower, more detailed investment focused on quality," especially the "detailed investment" part. There's something about being able to focus on the details as an investment of our time that makes each moment MORE than it could be without that detailed investment. Each moment is expanded rather than lost from being swept up in the rush of getting to the next.
